HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister Meets with Omani Interior Minister

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today with His Excellency Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi, Minister of Interior of the Sultanate of Oman, at Gudaibiya Palace.
During the meeting, His Royal Highness highlighted the strength of the enduring strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman, supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said. He emphasised the historic ties between the two nations and underlined the importance of further strengthening the bilateral partnership to achieve shared goals.
His Excellency Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi conveyed the greetings and best wishes of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said to the Crown Prince, wishing continued progress and prosperity for the Kingdom of Bahrain. In return, His Royal Highness extended his greetings to His Majesty Sultan Haitham and the people of Oman.
The Crown Prince praised Oman’s development under Sultan Haitham’s leadership and reaffirmed Bahrain’s commitment to deepening bilateral cooperation, particularly in the field of security. Both sides discussed issues of mutual interest, as well as the latest regional and international developments.
His Excellency Sayyid Hamoud also expressed appreciation for the Crown Prince’s dedication to strengthening Bahrain–Oman relations for the benefit of both nations and their peoples.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, and several senior officials from both countries.
