Pink Promise' Beach Clean-up Campaign Highlights Breast Cancer Awareness and Environment

In observation of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, three community groups—Women Across, Al Hilal Medical Centre, and One Heart Bahrain—joined forces to organize the 'Pink Promise Beach Cleaning Drive.'
The dedicated clean-up event, held at Janabiya Beach, drew considerable attention due to the enthusiastic participation of women and children.
The initiative was designed with a dual objective: to educate the public about the importance of breast cancer awareness and early detection, while simultaneously conveying the critical necessity of environmental hygiene and protection to the broader community. The successful campaign effectively blended a vital public health message with environmental stewardship.
