Medical centre new extension inaugurated

Health Minister Faeqa bint Saeed Al-Saleh inaugurated today the new extension at Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo Community Medical Centre which comprises Mohammed Kanoo Cardiac Rehabilitation Centre and Foued Kanoo Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Centre.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Board Chairman of Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo company dignitary Mohammed Ebrahim Kanoo, Deputy Chairman Foued Ebrahim Kanoo, board members, senior officials from the Health Ministry and businessmen.

The Health Minister hailed the new extension, describing it as a new achievement to further optimise health services for the people in Bahrain. She paid tribute to the leadership for their unwavering keenness to ensure people have access to world-class medical services and improve their welfare. She thanked the family of late dignitary Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo for their contribution to supporting health services in Bahrain through community partnership aimed at boosting cooperation between the public and private sectors.

On his part, dignitary Mohammed Kanoo extended, on behalf of Kanoo family, heartfelt congratulations to the leadership on the National and Accession Days, taking pride in the construction of the new centre to further develop medical services.

The Health Minister and dignitary Mohammed Kanoo exchanged commemorative gifts to mark the occasion.
