Bahrain Post Rolls Out Mobile Postal Services Across the Kingdom
Bahrain Post has officially launched its new mobile postal services project, a major initiative by the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications designed to make postal services more accessible and efficient for people across all governorates.
The new service allows citizens and residents to complete postal transactions without visiting traditional post offices. Mobile units equipped with modern systems will now deliver postal services directly to various locations, offering customers greater convenience and flexibility.
Dr. Khalid Abdulrahman Al Haidan, Assistant Undersecretary for Postal Affairs, said the project marks a significant step forward in enhancing the customer experience and modernising Bahrain’s postal infrastructure. “This initiative reflects the ministry’s commitment to developing innovative solutions that support digital transformation and improve service quality across the Kingdom,” he noted.
He added that the project is part of a broader plan to expand Bahrain Post’s services and align them with international best practices, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for individuals and institutions alike.
