MP Dr. Ali bin Majid Al-Nuaimi affirmed that the fourth session of the sixth legislative term is beginning to yield tangible results, citing the government’s constructive response to parliamentary proposals he submitted addressing citizens’ priorities in key public-service sectors.

He said the outcomes reflect the spirit of teamwork between the legislative and executive branches, translating the leadership’s directives into sustainable development and improved citizen welfare.

Among the key initiatives, Dr. Al-Nuaimi highlighted the establishment of a primary and intermediate girls’ school in the Wadi Al-Seel area.

Proposal

The project, he explained, was initiated following a proposal he presented in response to the wishes of local residents.

The new school will serve students in Wadi Al-Seel and neighboring districts, reduce overcrowding in existing schools, and provide a modern and integrated learning environment.

According to the Ministry of Education, the project has been incorporated into its development plan, with engineering designs and tender documents already completed.

Budget

Coordination is now underway with relevant authorities to allocate the necessary budget, after which construction will begin once all approvals and procedures are finalized.

Dr. Al-Nuaimi expressed his deep gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for his unwavering support of the education sector and his commitment to advancing Bahrain’s educational system.

He said the leadership’s vision views education as a cornerstone of national progress and a key pillar in shaping future generations.
