Kingdom Cabinet Reviews Compensation, National Resilience and Security Measures
His Royal Highness Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today chaired the weekly Cabinet meeting held at Gudaibiya Palace.
The Cabinet reviewed progress in implementing the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the order of His Royal Highness to provide full compensation to citizens whose homes and vehicles were damaged by the hostile Iranian aggression. It also expressed appreciation for the efforts of the relevant authorities in carrying out the directives.
The Cabinet praised the efforts of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bapco Energies, along with Bapco Energies employees for maintaining operational continuity and supporting the Kingdom’s energy system and supply chains.
It also commended Alba employees for maintaining production and the company’s position in the global industrial sector during the hostile Iranian aggression.
The Cabinet highlighted the joint meeting between the Executive and Legislative Authorities on national efforts to address the effects of the aggression, including crisis management, continuity of services and measures taken across different sectors.
His Royal Highness thanked government officials who attended the meeting, led by the Minister of Interior, and expressed appreciation to the Legislative Authority for its continued cooperation. His Royal Highness emphasised that protecting national unity, Bahrain’s security and stability, and its assets is a shared national responsibility.
