Bahrain Strengthens Urban Development and Media Initiatives under Royal Vision

In line with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the directives of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister, Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Royal Court, accompanied by Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, Hamad bin Faisal Al Maliki, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, and other officials, visited the Ministry of Municipalities and Agriculture and the Ministry of Information today.

During his visit to the Ministry of Municipalities and Agriculture, Shaikh Isa reviewed progress on strategic projects and Bahrain’s latest initiatives in the agricultural sector, which support sustainable urban development. He stressed the importance of intensifying efforts to implement various initiatives that enhance food and environmental security and promote economic development.

At the Ministry of Information, Shaikh Isa followed updates on projects aimed at developing the national media system, highlighting its role as a key partner in supporting comprehensive development. He emphasized that continuing to advance the media sector opens new opportunities to foster creativity, competitiveness, and national achievements, while strengthening community partnerships and core values that drive progress.

Shaikh Isa also visited the National Contact Center, reviewing plans to enhance government communications and improve the effectiveness of public messaging through an integrated system showcasing government efforts and achievements across various sectors.

Both the Minister of Municipalities and Agriculture and the Minister of Information, who also chairs the National Contact Center, reaffirmed their commitment to implementing the King’s vision and the Crown Prince’s directives. They expressed gratitude for Shaikh Isa’s visit and his attention to monitoring the progress of projects to achieve their intended goals.

The Unified Framework for Priority Government Programs serves as a strategic approach to coordinate efforts and allocate resources to initiatives that directly benefit citizens, reflecting the royal vision and emphasizing the citizen as the focal point of development.
