The event, which showcased Japanese cultural performances, was attended by H.E. Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce. Speaking at the occasion, he emphasized Bahrain’s strong partnership with Japan, stating, "Bahrain takes great pride in its diplomatic and economic ties with Japan. Together, we work towards peace, the safeguarding of free global trade, and strengthening our role as reliable partners."
The 2023 visit of a Bahraini delegation to Tokyo was hailed as a major success, further solidifying economic cooperation. Meanwhile, discussions between Japan and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) on a Japan-GCC Free Trade Agreement are progressing steadily, with both sides aiming to enhance trade and investment opportunities across the region.
With diplomatic and economic relations reaching new heights, both nations continue to work towards greater economic integration and regional cooperation, reinforcing their status as reliable global trade partners.
