Isa bin Abdullah chairs meeting of BREEF’s board of directors

In the presence of the board members, HH Shaikh Isa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, President of the Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF), chaired the board of directors’ meeting held at the federation’s headquarters.

The meeting was attended by the board members, including Galeb Al Alawi, Secretary of the Federation, Shaikh Ahmed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Treasurer, Shaikh Nasser bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Board Member, Shaikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Head of the Showjumping Committee; Dr. Khaled Ahmed Hassan, Assistant Secretary, and Tawfiq Al Salehi, Head of the Public Relations, Media, and Marketing Committee.

HH Shaikh Isa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa commended the remarkable efforts exerted by the board members in elevating sports under the federation’s umbrella.

The President and board members emphasised their commitment to implementing the directives of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs and Honourary President of BREEF.

They highlighted the importance of promoting endurance racing, showjumping, dressage, and Arabian horse beauty, expressing their appreciation for his continued support to the federation. During the meeting, the President and members of BREEF reviewed the financial status of the federation.

They also discussed the events organised in the past period, as well as the federation’s preparations for the upcoming National Day Endurance Championship, scheduled for December, and the upcoming showjumping, dressage, and Arabian horse beauty competitions.

The board discussed a new marketing strategy to be implemented in the coming period, stressing the significance of engaging the private sector in supporting the federation and its events.
