Minion terrorises in Dublin
Dublin
An inflatable Minion wreaked havoc on a busy road in Dublin after breaking free from a nearby fair, bringing traffic to a halt.
Witnesses told to a local newspaper that the Minion, which was still attached to the generator, was on top of three cars at different times, with of them losing a rear view mirror. A witness reported the incident to the police as it happened.
“I told the police that this could sound like a weird phone call, but a loose inflatable Minion was causing traffic problems,” Erin van Londen a witness, said.
The police arrived shortly after and the Minion was deflated.
The Minions first rose to popularity as supporting characters in the Despicable Me series, but made their mark as pop culture icons after appearing in the film ‘Minions’ this year.
