Washington DC: President Donald Trump declared Saturday that Iran’s military capabilities have been "largely obliterated," including its missile and drone factories, Navy, and Air Force. In a statement released as diplomatic talks continue in Islamabad, the President asserted that Iran is "losing big" and that its longtime leadership is "no longer with us."
Trump announced that the United States has begun clearing sea mines from the Strait of Hormuz. He characterized the operation as a "favor" to global powers, including China, Japan, and Germany, accusing them of lacking the "courage" to secure the waterway themselves.
The President further noted a shift in global energy logistics, claiming that empty tankers from numerous nations are now rerouting to the United States to load up on American oil, highlighting U.S. energy dominance amid the regional instability.
