flydubai Launches Leadership Programmes to Boost Internal Talent
flydubai has unveiled two new leadership development initiatives aimed at accelerating internal talent growth, enhancing leadership capabilities, and fostering a high-performance, values-driven workplace across the airline.
The programmes include a nine-month Executive Leadership Programme for senior leaders and a Management Training Programme for mid-level managers. Both are designed as blended learning journeys that focus on turning strategy into measurable business impact. In their first year, the Executive Leadership Programme will engage 18 members of the executive leadership team, while the Management Training Programme will train 120 managers across the organisation.
The initiatives underline flydubai’s long-term commitment to investing in its people, building future-ready leadership, and nurturing a workplace culture rooted in transparency and collaboration.
The Executive Leadership Programme targets vice presidents and senior vice presidents, aiming to strengthen strategic leadership, innovation capacity, and executive presence. Through immersive sessions and tailored executive coaching aligned with flydubai’s growth agenda, the programme seeks to create a consistent leadership culture that drives operational excellence, enhances customer experience, and fosters AI-driven innovation.
