Arbah Capital achieves $38 million financial closing, launches second project

Arbah Capital announces the $38m financial closing and launch of its second project in the growing sector of Senior Care facilities in the United States, with a leading Real Estate Developer, Madison Marquette, and a top 20 Senior Care Operator, Meridian Senior Living, both of whom have also co-invested in the project.

The second development in a planned pipeline is $38m and is a premier Class A Senior Living community with 127 units/135-beds of Assisted Living and Memory Care, located in the beautiful waterfront area of Punta Gorda, Southwest Florida.

“We are also very pleased to update that despite the very unfortunate challenges due to Covid-19, the first project in Brandon, Florida is being completed on time and under budget, and is due to open to residents in September 2021,” Arbah said in a statement.
