HRH Prince Salman hails BDF’s advanced levels of combat readiness and efficiency

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister, affirmed the Bahrain Defence Force’s advanced levels of combat readiness and efficiency.
HRH Prince Salman attributed them to the support provided by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, which has bolstered the BDF’s capacity to fulfil its duties effectively.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister was speaking as he hosted yesterday an iftar banquet for several BDF senior officers. The Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces highlighted that the sacrifices and valour shown by BDF personnel will always be remembered.
He also recognised the BDF’s role alongside allies in preserving regional security and stability. On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, His Royal Highness exchanged best wishes with the BDF Commander in Chief, HE Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, and senior BDF officers and wished the Kingdom, the Arab World, and Islamic nations further security and prosperity.
His Royal Highness was accompanied by His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Educational Charitable Trust, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), and His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
Upon arrival, HRH Prince Salman was received by the BDF Commander in Chief, the Minister of Defence Affairs, His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, the BDF Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-General Theyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, and other senior BDF officers.
