Comedy superstar Michael McIntyre to perform at Al Dana Amphitheatre!

Al Dana Amphitheatre, Bahrain’s newest and most exciting live entertainment destination, has announced that tickets to Michael McIntyre’s live stand-up show go on sale today. The charming British comedian will take the stage on 27 October as part of his latest tour. McIntyre’s career has spanned television and stage.

His big break came in 2006, with the televised Royal Variety Performance, and he went on to hone his trademark observations on family life with TV shows that have made him a household name in his native UK. Among his numerous prizes are a BAFTA for Best Entertainment Performance for Michael McIntyre’s Big Show, and the prestigious Rose D’Or Award for Best Studio Entertainment for The Big Show. During the course of his touring career, McIntyre has sold over 4 million tickets.

In 2020, he starred in a Netflix standup special, Michael McIntyre: Showman, following his “Big World Tour” in which he played 242 sold-out shows in 20 countries. The highest-grossing comedian in the world in 2012, he has also been a judge on Britain’s Got Talent, and in 2018 became the highest-selling artist at Britain’s O2 Arena, surpassing the previous record held by Take That.
