Finance & digital sectors boosting opportunities: HRH Prince Salman

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday said that Bahrain’s financial services and digital technology sectors are developing and continue to create quality opportunities for Bahraini citizens.

Bahrain, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister said, has a highly “attractive business environment" which enhances its “competitive position and comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.”

His Royal Highness Prince Salman said this during a meeting with Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Binance, Chanpeng Zhao, at Riffa Palace.

The Crown Prince and Prime Minister commended the efforts of international companies in managing digital assets and their importance in driving the digital transformation that the world is experiencing, especially in financial services and digital technology.

“The Kingdom of Bahrain continues to support the advancement of all sectors to benefit the Kingdom and its citizens,” said HRH Prince Salman. Zhao thanked His Royal Highness, hailing the strong potential of Bahrain in business development and investment and wished the Kingdom continued progress and prosperity.

His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain, Rasheed Al Maraj, were present.
