Bank scams warning

The General Directorate of Anti- Corruption, Economic and Electronic Security has warned the public from scam messages that are asking to update bank details through a provided link.
The directorate said that the purpose of these messages is to hack the passwords of the e-banking services, highlighting that banks don’t ask for such information. It urged the public to report cases through the hotline 992.
