The Kingdom all set to host first-ever international horserace
Creating a milestone in the history of horse racing, the Kingdom is all set to host the Bahrain International Trophy. World-renowned international runners, jockeys, owners and trainers have arrived in the Kingdom for the first time to participate in the race, which will be held tomorrow.
Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club’s Executive Director, Shaikh Salman bin Rashid Al Khalifa, had affirmed that hosting an international horserace for the very first time in Bahrain is considered an unprecedented achievement in the history of Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club. The £200,000 cash prize race was announced in Newmarket, England last July
