Foreign Ministry bids farewell to US envoy
Manama : Under the patronage of the Assistant Foreign Minister, Abdulla bin Faisal bin Jabur Al Doseri, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs yesterday held a farewell ceremony in honour of the Ambassador of the United States of America, William V. Roebuck, on the occasion of the end of his term in the Kingdom.
The Assistant Foreign Minister lauded the great efforts put in by the US Ambassador during his tenure and praised his contribution to enhancing the friendly relations and cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America, noting the deep historical relations between the two friendly countries and their great cooperation in all fields. The US Ambassador thanked the Assistant Foreign Minister and all officials of the Kingdom of Bahrain for their cooperation with him throughout his tenure, wishing the Kingdom and its people further progress and prosperity.
The Assistant Foreign Minister presented a commemorative gift to the outgoing US Ambassador, wishing him success.
