NIHR opens free hotline service
Manama : The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) yesterday announced a free hotline number 80001144 to receive complaints and queries.
NIHR Acting Secretary General Dr. Khalifa Ali Al Fadhel said the service is part of the institution’s keenness to upgrade its communication mechanisms to ensure utmost protection of human rights.
He called on all to lodge any complaint with the institution by calling the hotline throughout the week, except on Fridays and Saturdays, from 8 a.m to 3 p.m.
It is also possible to communicate with NIHR via its website or social media (Instagram, Twitter) to reply to any complaints or related queries.
