HM King ratifies, issues laws 31, 32/2017
Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ratified and issues Laws 31/2017 and 32/2017.
Law 31/2017 stipulated the approval of the Kingdom of Bahrain's jointing the Protocol Supplementary to the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft, signed in Beijing and dated 10th September 2010, associated with this law.
Law 32/2017 stipulated the approval of the Kingdom of Bahrain's jointing the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft related to international civil aviation, signed in Beijing and dated 10th September 2010, associated with this law, upon the following reservation: "The Kingdom of Bahrain does not consider itself bound by the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 20 of this convention."
