Shaikh Khalid meets UFC Chairman

HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports (SCYS) and president of Bahrain Athletics Association, visited the offices of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Company in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, where he was received by the company's CEO-cum-Chairman Lorenzo J. Fertitta, WorldSeries of Fighting (WSOF)'s stakeholder and MMA's Board Chairman Ali Abdulaziz and several UFC officials.
Shaikh Khalid's visit comes during the championships organised by the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) in association with the US Association of Mixed Martial Arts, which conclude tomorrow.
During the visit, Shaikh Khalid toured the company offices where he was briefed about the company's plans, programmes and schedule of upcoming mixed martial arts events.
