Bahrain dips in Fifa rankings

Bahrain have dropped seven places from 106th to 113th in the Coca-Cola FIFA World Rankings which were released yesterday and are 13th in the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).
Of the GCC nations, UAE are up four places and 69th worldwide and fifth in the AFC.
Other GCC rankings are Saudi Arabia (92nd, 10th), Qatar (96th, 11th), Oman (102nd, 12th) and Kuwait (123rd, 16th).
Top four in AFC are Iran (38th), Japan (50th), South Korea (52nd) and Australia (59th).
The best mover was Belize up 37 places to 118th and the worst mover was Central African Republic down 29 places to 170th.
Topping the rankings up two are Argentina, followed by Germany down one two second and Belgium down one to third.
The remaining top ten rankings are Colombia (unchanged) in fourth, Netherlands (+1) fifth, Brazil (-1) sixth, Portugal (unchanged) seventh, Romania (+4) eighth, England (+6) ninth and Wales (+12) for
the first time in the top ten.
