Al Matahin inks deal with MBB

Manama 

 Bahrain Flour Mills Company B.S.C (Al-Matahin) and Mondelēz Bahrain Biscuits W.L.L yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding to build up their collaboration locally and regionally, and jointly support more sustainable growth that provides benefits to local communities and the economy.

The MoU paves the way for the two institutions to share knowledge and expertise whilst defining common long term goals of cooperation for the purchase of Al Matahin’s flour by Mondelez Bahrain Biscuits. 

 “We have recently concluded the rebranding of Bahrain Flour Mills Company B.S.C to ‘Al Matahin’ and this is the beginning of a new era for Al Matahin as it begins its commercial operations in the region, starting with Mondelez Bahrain Biscuits” said Mohammed Nass, CEO of Al Matahin.

 “The MoU comes at a time when Bahrain witnesses reviving growth rates. There is great opportunity for local communities to benefit from the many Business and Employment opportunities that will be created by these developments,” said Atif Al Khaja, COO of Al Matahin.
