Quality online services award for AGU
Manama : The Arabian Gulf University (AGU) has won SAP’s Quality Bronze Award for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in recognition of its recently installed high-quality, low-cost, highly efficient administrative transactions electronic linkage software.
The university has successfully transformed all of its administrative procedures via online system thus becoming paperless, said AGU’s Vice President, Dr. Khalid Saeed Tabbara.
The university has always been keen on developing its services and harnessing technological evolution products in the era of total informatics management as per international quality standards applicable in higher educational institutions.
Mohammed Ridha Hashimi, Supervisor of AGU’s Informatics Unit, ascribed the AGU’s winning the award to the efficiency of the staff members of all departments, sections in the university. He added that AGU will continue its policy of improvement up to highest international quality standards.
