Bahrain Health Ministry denies Lamictal shortage
Manama : The Ministry of Health denied any shortage of Lamictal, which is prescribed to epileptic patients at health centres. Responding to media reports, the ministry said that the anti-epileptic medication is available at pharmacies operating at health centres and in ministry-run stores.
In a statement today, the ministry refuted the media reports and said that it didn't receive any complaints signaling a shortage of Lamictal. It reassured that the anti-epileptic medication is available in sufficient supplies to meet the patients' needs.
