Young Leaders Gain Inspiration at HIPO YOUTH Dialogue
Bahrain’s commitment to empowering its youth is creating a generation capable of leading the Kingdom’s future development, Parliament Secretary General Mohammed Ibrahim Al Sisi Al Buainain said, highlighting the role of royal directives in encouraging young Bahrainis to actively participate in shaping the nation’s future.
Speaking during a meeting with participants of the eighth edition of the national leadership programme “HIPO YOUTH”, Al Buainain said that the support and guidance of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, along with the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, have strengthened youth participation across various fields.
The meeting, held as part of a dialogue session titled “Meeting with a Leader”, was organised by the Bahrain Society for Human Resources Management under the Youth City 2030 programmes. It allowed participants to gain insights from Al Buainain’s leadership experience and learn about key stages of his professional journey.
Al Buainain affirmed that the Council of Representatives, headed by Speaker Ahmed bin Salman Al Muslim, continues to support national initiatives aimed at developing youth capabilities and enhancing the skills needed to contribute to Bahrain’s sustainable growth.
