The Public Prosecution of Bahrain has organised a specialised training programme for employees of the Labour Fund “Tamkeen” focused on legal procedures, inspection mechanisms, and regulatory compliance, as part of efforts to strengthen institutional cooperation and promote legal awareness.
The programme covered key legal and practical aspects of Public Prosecution procedures, including the proper preparation of reports and case records in accordance with legal standards. It also addressed methods for identifying and handling violations, enhancing the quality of field inspections and improving the efficiency of regulatory and auditing processes.
