The process has been reduced from 10 working days to five, with documentation requirements cut by 50 percent and the procedure simplified to four steps or fewer as part of broader government digital transformation efforts.

The service enables private schools to complete attestation and equivalency procedures entirely online through the ministry’s system, including uploading graduation data and receiving QR-coded official statements for verification.
