Bahrain Condoles Qatar Over Factory Blast

Shura Council Speaker Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh has expressed his condolences to Qatar following a factory explosion in Ras Laffan Industrial City that resulted in deaths and injuries among workers.
In a cable sent to Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim, Al Saleh conveyed sympathy on behalf of the Shura Council of the Kingdom of Bahrain, extending condolences to the Qatari leadership, the Shura Council, and the people of Qatar.
“With deep sorrow, we received the news of the explosion at a factory in Ras Laffan Industrial City and the resulting deaths and injuries,” he said in the message.
He also expressed confidence in Qatar’s ability to manage the aftermath of the incident, while praying for mercy for the deceased, a swift recovery for the injured, and continued safety and stability for the country.
