Capital Governor Highlights Bahrain Marina as Key Urban Landmark

Capital Governor Shaikh Khalid bin Humood Al Khalifa affirmed that the Bahrain Marina project represents a major addition to Manama’s urban and architectural landscape, enhancing the Kingdom’s position as a destination for tourism, entertainment, and family attractions.

During a field visit to the project site, the Governor reviewed progress across the development’s facilities and praised the project for reflecting the modern transformation of Manama’s eastern waterfront.

He noted that Bahrain Marina showcases the Kingdom’s continued advancement across development, commercial, and entertainment sectors under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

The Governor also highlighted that major investment projects in the capital reflect growing investor confidence in Bahrain’s economy and investment environment, reaffirming the Capital Governorate’s support for initiatives that promote sustainable development and improve services and facilities for citizens, residents, and visitors.

For his part, Riyadh Sattar, Chairman of Bahrain Marina Development Company, expressed appreciation for the Governor’s visit, noting that it represents strong support for national projects contributing to the development of Bahrain’s real estate and entertainment sectors.
