The Public Prosecution in the Capital Governorate has ordered the detention of an Asian man following an attempted robbery at a money exchange company.
Investigations show that the suspect allegedly entered the premises and threatened two staff members with a knife, demanding cash. The employees quickly triggered the alarm system, forcing him to flee the scene before any money was taken.
Following a police investigation, officers identified and arrested the suspect, recovering the knife and clothing used in the incident. He later confessed during questioning after being confronted with CCTV footage and other evidence.
