Kuwait’s Governor of the Capital Governorate, Sheikh Abdullah Salem Al Ali Al Sabah, received the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Kuwait, Salah Ali Al Malki, in Kuwait City on Saturday.
During the meeting, the Kuwaiti governor highlighted the strong fraternal relations between Bahrain and Kuwait, stressing that the ties continue to receive strong support and attention from King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.
He emphasized the importance of further strengthening bilateral cooperation and building on the existing strategic partnership, expanding it into broader areas that serve the mutual interests of both countries.
The meeting also reviewed ways to enhance cooperation across various sectors, in addition to discussing several issues of shared concern.
For his part, the Bahraini ambassador reaffirmed the deep-rooted fraternal relations between Bahrain and Kuwait, noting that the ties are anchored in long-standing historical connections and mutual respect. He stressed Bahrain’s commitment to further developing cooperation to achieve greater progress and prosperity for both nations and their peoples, while wishing continued development and success for Kuwait.
