Emergency Committee Reviews National Preparedness

Bahrain’s National Committee for Civil Emergency Management held an extraordinary meeting to assess operational readiness at the National Civil Emergency Management Centre, as the Kingdom continues to monitor evolving regional developments and their impact on national security. The meeting was chaired by Chief of Police, Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan, Chairman of the committee, with representatives from relevant member authorities participating.
During the session, the committee reviewed ongoing coordination efforts and preparedness measures in light of the current regional situation, including what was described as Iranian aggression against the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Chief of Police highlighted the royal directives issued by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to ensure compensation for citizens affected by damage to their homes and vehicles.
