MP Dr Maryam Al Dhaen said the visit by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to those injured in the criminal Iranian attacks sent a human message that showed the enduring bond between the leadership and the people of Bahrain.

She said the visit, made in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister, carried profound human and public meaning.

It showed, she said, that Bahrain does not forget those who sacrifice for its security and stability, and that the leadership holds them in care, respect and gratitude worthy of what they have given.

Dr Al Dhaen said His Majesty’s personal visit to check on the injured would raise morale and strengthen the sense of belonging and public unity.

Tribute

She added that the words addressed to them by HM the King were a lasting tribute to their sacrifices, and a clear message that those who stand on the front line in defence of Bahrain are held in lasting pride and esteem.

The lawmaker said the visit also showed Bahrain’s firmness in the face of the attacks, under wise leadership and through firm public institutions, led by the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), which she said had shown high competence and evident bravery in protecting the country’s security.

Loyalty

Dr Al Dhaen said the visit marked an important public moment, reaffirming loyalty and solidarity at a time of strain, while keeping clear that the security and stability of the Kingdom of Bahrain will always remain a top priority.
