Potential Threats in Hamala Area – Embassy Warns
The U.S. Embassy in Manama warns of potential threats in Bahrain. Certain areas, including greater Hamala, may be targeted. U.S. personnel are avoiding these locations until further notice.
If you hear explosions or sirens, take cover immediately. Indoors, move to the lowest level, away from windows and exterior walls. Outdoors, seek a hardened structure or lie down and protect your head. Even intercepted missiles or drones can produce dangerous debris.
