King Hamad receives phone call from Pakistan’s Prime Minister
Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a phone call from Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to discuss recent regional developments.
During the call, the Pakistani Prime Minister expressed his country’s full solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain. He strongly condemned the Iranian missile attack that targeted Bahraini territory.
Sharif stressed that Pakistan supports all measures taken by Bahrain to protect its sovereignty and maintain the security and stability of the kingdom.
For his part, King Hamad thanked the Islamic Republic of Pakistan for its supportive stance. He also expressed appreciation for the brotherly sentiments conveyed by the Pakistani Prime Minister toward Bahrain.
