Renewed Royal Vision Boosts Humanitarian Work in Bahrain

His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), affirmed that the Royal Foundation’s progress and development are firmly anchored in the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, the Foundation’s Honorary President.

He said this royal support is the cornerstone for advancing humanitarian work both within the Kingdom of Bahrain and internationally, helping ensure a dignified and stable life for the Foundation’s beneficiaries, including mothers and children, while reinforcing its role as a national umbrella for charity and humanitarian giving.

His Highness highlighted that His Majesty the King’s pioneering humanitarian approach toward brotherly and friendly countries reflects Bahrain’s steadfast commitment—by its leadership, government, and people—to supporting humanitarian causes, guided by shared human values and bonds of brotherhood.

He also praised the strong support extended to the Royal Humanitarian Foundation by the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, noting that this backing has enabled the Foundation to effectively carry out its mission and achieve its noble objectives.

These remarks were made as His Highness chaired a meeting of the RHF Board of Trustees, attended by board members. He commended the efforts of the executive management and all Foundation staff for their dedication in implementing humanitarian programs and initiatives that serve beneficiaries and empower them to actively integrate into society, in support of Bahrain’s ongoing development and prosperity.

His Highness directed continued work in line with the vision and aspirations of His Majesty the King, and the implementation of royal directives aimed at further developing the humanitarian work system. He also called for launching new, high-quality initiatives to enhance comprehensive and distinguished care for the Foundation’s mothers and children, as well as all eligible groups within Bahrain, while continuing efforts to ease the suffering of people in brotherly and friendly countries, in keeping with humanitarian duty and the principles of Islam.
