Deputy Police Chief Attends Launch of GCC Joint Security Exercise in Qatar
Major General Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Deputy Chief of Police, attended the opening ceremony of the joint field security exercise titled “Arabian Gulf Security 4”, hosted by the sisterly State of Qatar.
The Deputy Police Chief affirmed that the Ministry of Interior’s participation in the exercise comes in implementation of the directives and decisions of Their Highnesses and Excellencies, the Ministers of Interior of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. He stressed that the exercise reflects the commitment to strengthening joint Gulf security cooperation and enhancing the readiness of security agencies to address various challenges.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Major General Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, head of the participating Ministry of Interior delegation, expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Qatari Ministry of Interior for the warm reception and excellent organization. He wished success in achieving the desired objectives of the exercise.
