Bahrain, Azerbaijan Discuss Judicial Cooperation
His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Ali bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council and President of the Court of Cassation, today received His Excellency Kamran Aliyev, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan, along with his accompanying delegation, during their official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Shaikh Khalid bin Ali welcomed the Azerbaijani Prosecutor General and praised the strong and distinguished bilateral relations between Bahrain and Azerbaijan, as well as the close ties between their friendly peoples. He highlighted the steady progress in relations between the two countries, particularly in the judicial field.
During the meeting, both sides stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination between judicial institutions in the two countries. They also emphasized the exchange of expertise and best practices in judicial matters, in a way that supports the rule of law and reinforces the principles of justice.
