The Cabinet discussed the implementation of the directive to the Ministry of Labour to offer three job opportunities to every registered jobseeker before the end of 2025, in line with the vision of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
So far, three job opportunities have been presented to registered jobseekers, resulting in the employment of 5,078 Bahraini citizens under the initiative. Training and development programmes will continue throughout 2025, contributing to strong labour market performance.

In the area of training, 150% of the annual target was achieved, with 15,000 Bahrainis trained.
The Cabinet instructed the Ministry of Labour to intensify efforts in 2026 to employ 25,000 Bahrainis, including 10,000 new entrants to the labour market, and to train 15,000 Bahrainis during the year.
