Jayasankar Viswanathan Honored with Prestigious Chembai Sangeet Samrakshak Award

Mr. Jayasankar Viswanathan, the Chief Operating Officer of Uneeco Bahrain, was conferred with the prestigious Chembai Sangeet Samrakshak Award at a grand ceremony held in Chennai on January 10, 2026.
The award, instituted by Dr. T.V.G.’s Academy of Indian Music & Arts (AIMA), was presented by the academy's founder, the legendary musician and Padma Bhushan awardee Dr. T. V. Gopalakrishnan. The honor was bestowed upon Mr. Viswanathan in recognition of his significant and sustained contributions to the promotion and preservation of Indian classical music.
Beyond his role as a senior management professional and businessman, Mr. Viswanathan is highly regarded in Bahrain as a dedicated philanthropist. He has long been a patron of Indian arts and culture, providing selfless support to community initiatives.
