As part of the ongoing 'Kozhikode Fest' in Bahrain, the OICC (Overseas Indian Cultural Congress) Kozhikode District Committee organized a successful large-scale blood donation camp. The event, held at King Hamad University Hospital in Muharraq, saw a significant turnout from the expatriate community.

The initiative was led by coordinators Wajid M. and Rasheed Muipoth. To show appreciation for the clinical support provided, the organizers honored the hospital staff with mementos for their professional contribution to the camp's success.

High-ranking OICC officials visited the venue to extend their support, including National President Gafoor Unnikulam, Working President Bobby Parayil, and National General Secretaries Shamim K.C. and Manu Mathew. They were joined by Kozhikode District Acting President Biju Bal CK, General Secretary Sreejith Panay, and other district and national leaders.

Several prominent community members and volunteers, including Noushad Kurudi Veedu, KP Kunjhammad, and Faisal Pattandy, among others, were also present to assist with the proceedings. The organizers noted that this camp is just one of many diverse programs planned under the Kozhikode Fest banner in the coming days.
