The Kingdom of Bahrain’s Parliamentary Division delegation participated in the 40th Extraordinary Session of the Executive Committee of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union (AIPU) in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The delegation included Ahmed Abdulwahid Qarata, Second Deputy Speaker of the Council of Representatives and member of the Executive Committee of the AIPU; MP Zainab Abdulameer Khalil, Deputy Head of the delegation; MP Hisham Abdulaziz Al Awadhi; MP Khalid Saleh Buanaq; and MP Jameel Mulla Hassan.
Qarata emphasised that the Bahrain-Saudi Arabia relations continue to advance, building on their longstanding ties and comprehensive coordination, supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
