The “Gulf Aware Leaders – Wellbeing and Leadership” programme, hosted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs until tomorrow, has opened with the participation of 46 young people aged 18–30 from across the Gulf Cooperation Council.

The programme supports the Kingdom of Bahrain’s efforts to strengthen joint Gulf youth work and develop leadership skills and mental well-being.

Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, highlighted the programme’s role in advancing GCC cooperation and enhancing leadership skills.

Nani Mohammed Butti, Assistant Undersecretary for Support and Initiatives at the Ministry of Youth Affairs, noted that the mix of workshops and sessions provides an interactive environment that enhances personal and professional development.

The programme offers a varied schedule aimed at conscious leadership, wellbeing, and Gulf youth networking. The first day included sessions on emotional impact on decision-making.
