HRH Crown Prince receives the Chargé d'Affaires of the United Kingdom
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received Simon Martin CMG, the Chargé d'Affaires of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Kingdom of Bahrain, at Gudaibiya Palace.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the strength of Bahrain-UK relations, which are underpinned by strategic partnerships and agreements, particularly the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (C-SIPA).
His Royal Highness emphasised the importance of furthering joint coordination and cooperation across various fields, while creating further opportunities for future cooperation that advances bilateral relations and contribute to achieving common goals.
The meeting also discussed the latest regional and international developments and issues of common interest.
HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, and several senior officials also attended the meeting.
