The launch of the “Golden Meter” service represents a pioneering initiative that reflects the Ministry of Youth Affairs’s commitment to empowering Bahraini youth and developing their capabilities.
It aims to foster positive competitiveness by documenting their achievements and participation through a unified digital platform that serves as a comprehensive record of their youth journey.
This was emphasised by Her Excellency Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs.
She noted that this innovative service aligns with the vision led by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport, to document the achievements of Bahraini youth and highlight their success stories, contributing to a national database that supports decision-making and enhances opportunities for empowering young Bahrainis.
The Minister added that the “Golden Meter” serves as a strategic tool that enables young people to showcase their abilities and skills and provides them with greater opportunities for excellence and participation in developmental initiatives, strengthening their active role in national development efforts.
She encouraged all young people to register for the service and benefit from its features, which allow them to build a comprehensive personal profile .
