The signing comes as part of final preparations for the upcoming season.

The agreement was signed during the Fifth Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition, held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from 9 to 12 November 2025 under the theme “From Mecca to the World,” with participation from more than 270 local and international entities.
