NMS Student Receives National Award at International Computer Science Competition 2026

New Millennium School Bahrain is proud to announce that one of its Grade 12 students Zoraiz Alraz has been recognised among the top participants from Bahrain at the International Computer Science Competition (ICSC) 2026, receiving the prestigious National Award – Bahrain.

The International Computer Science Competition, organised in Germany and coordinated by Edu.Harbour, is an international competition open to students from different countries and conducted primarily online. The award recognises Zoraiz’s strong computer science knowledge, algorithmic thinking and problem-solving skills, demonstrated during the competition.

The achievement has also been officially featured on the ICSC 2026 Announcement Page, highlighting the student’s performance among the top participants from Bahrain.

Congratulating Zoraiz on this remarkable achievement, Principal Dr Arun Kuumar Sharma expressed his delight at seeing NMS students demonstrate their knowledge, creativity and problem-solving abilities on an international platform. He remarked that Zoraiz’s achievement reflects his dedication, commitment and pursuit of excellence, and congratulated him on this well-deserved recognition.

Chairman Dr Ravi Pillai and Managing Director Mrs Geeta Pillai also congratulated Zoraiz on this significant accomplishment and expressed their appreciation to his mentors and parents for their guidance, encouragement and support in his journey towards this achievement.
