Bahrain Ambassador Meets Former Malaysian Minister to Strengthen Bilateral Ties

Dr. Waleed Khalifa Al Manea, Ambassador of Bahrain to Malaysia, received Professor Dr. Maszlee bin Malik, former Malaysian Minister of Education and Chairman of the International Institute of Advanced Islamic Studies (IAIS) of Malaysia, in a high-level meeting aimed at enhancing bilateral relations.
The discussions focused on ways to further strengthen ties between Bahrain and Malaysia across various sectors, while also exploring avenues to boost cooperation between the Kingdom and Southeast Asian countries.
Both sides reviewed opportunities to expand academic and diplomatic collaboration between research institutions and study centers in Bahrain and Malaysia. They also explored potential cooperation in publishing, translation, and scientific research, underlining the importance of building a bridge of knowledge and culture to promote values of understanding, openness, and mutual collaboration between the two nations.
